Julia is about to start her senior year in high school and by all accounts her life is perfect. She has the perfect boyfriend, loving parents, and she is the envy of many of her friends and classmates, but during the summer before her senior year Juliet’s life begins to slowly fall apart. Her mother goes away, her parents separate, she gets a low score on her SAT’s which won’t sit well with Harvard so Juliet takes control and tries to keep her life and goals in focus but she slowly begins to reexamine her supposedly perfect life and wonder if she can make it better than perfect? A touching and moving story about life and the choices we make and how they ripple out to affect others. Juliet must face everyone’s expectations and figure out what she wants.
