This is another great book that looks at the mental issues that we have in relation to food and how they affect our body scientifically. The reader examines over eating, emotional eating, the pillars of healthy eating, our relationship with our body and other great information that can be added to any fitness or health plans you are currently using. I found the information and the approach new and fresh and i am sure this will be helpful and informative if you like to read this type of book or have a need for the information.
