Every Note Played Lisa Genova On Sale Today

I loved this story not because Richard an internationally known pianist is diagnosed with ALS and we are with him as his body fails him. What I loved about the story is the dynamics between Richard and the other characters. He must try to put his life in order before it is too late and like most of us he thinks he has more time. Gradually he develops a new and evolving normal that allows him the time he needs to atone for all the things he missed by being so devoted to his career. This story ultimately left me feeling uplifted even though so much of the story is sad. A great read that not only explores one man’s illness but also shows his impact on the world.
