If Only by Norma Budden Out Now

Demi made the heartbreaking choice as a teenager to give up her daughter for adoption, now sixteen years later she is desperate to find her and she feels she is in danger, but two private detectives come back to her empty handed and she knows she has to take the case to her high school boyfriend and the child’s father to get the answers she needs because she knows he won’t give up. Once Demi and David start looking for their daughter they will uncover the truth but it may be more than they can handle especially when life is throwing them other curves and pushing them together. Can they find their daughter and find a way to get on with their lives? I liked the dynamics between the characters especially as the story unfolded and the characters continued to develop. As a mom myself i could imagine what Demi was feeling even though I have never been in her situation. A great family story with heart and soul and a mystery too.
